Tremplin Milonga 2008 : Drupal deployed for a contest... |

Milonga SA is organising the 4th edition of its Rock band contest named Tremplin Milonga. This year, the contest's organization has been modified. The preselection of participants is done directly online. The Tremplin gathered 500 groups in 2006, over 700 in 2007, and Milonga wishes to drastically increase the number of participants this year.
First and foremost, the contest provides rock bands with an opportunity to be seen and listened to, by the makers of music renewal in France.

- Online pre-selection : Each group uploads three titles (mp3 format) and a video file onto the website. Members of the jury and fans can vote for this band based on these files.
- Local selections : After the preselection phase, every Milonga store designates 4 bands. These bands perform on stage during the local final in an partner-concert hall.
- Regional selections : The bands selected for this phase will perform live on a regional stage before the jury and the public ! |

- The great national final : The three regional winning bands will be selected for the national final which will take place at La Cigale, Paris on Friday, November 7.

Milonga entrusted Ebizproduction with the complete development of the web site. The web agency opted for Drupal to address every specific aspect of the project.
